In some special projects,such as constructing high building base,dredging river&sea&port,subway construction,etc.Long reach boom excavator can supply lots of convenience and save cost.
Our company have many years experience in customizing all kinds of long reach boom.Every year,we customize 100~150 kits long reach boom for all kinds of excavators.
Our advantages:
1. We have detailed dimension for most of excavators,do not need you supply extra dimensions,just give us the excavator model is ok,such as PC200-7,Hitachi ZX200-3, SY365C-8,CAT330D,etc.
2. Before welding,we have use big edge milling machine mill the edge of the sheet.So the welding can go to the internal of the steel-sheet and make the structure have higher performance
3. Welding is protective-gas welding,the protective gas is 80% Argon and 20% CO2 mixed.This is golden standard for protective gas.
4. For all base,joint and other main structure of the long boom,we use boring machine adjust the precision after welding,to avoid the welding-stress leading to big tolerance.
5. We will prepare lubricant pipe system,hydraulic system,bucket,bucket cylinder,linkage,pins and hoses for the long boom we supply you.
6. This long reach boom,stick cylinder use original stick cylinder to save the cost,if you need the stick cylinder,we also can prepare for you.
7. If necessary,we can prepare 1 kit or 2 kit (each kit have 2 pipe lines) extra auxiliary pipe line for the attachments.
8. If the long reach boom need counter weight in designing,we will prepare for you.This SY365C-8 excavator,do not need extra counter weight for the 0.7 cum bucket.If bigger bucket maybe need counter weight.
